Purpose

The Daily Throne publicly displays a single sentence, together with the name, city (optional) and signature of whoever paid for it, until someone else pays the price required at that time. The service conditions are in the terms and conditions and data handling in the privacy policy.

User-published content

The sentences, names, cities and signatures shown on the site are written by the people who take the throne and do not reflect the owner's views. Content is checked automatically before publication and may be removed afterwards. If you see something that breaks the rules you can report it from the throne itself or by writing to king@thedailythrone.com: we remove unlawful content without delay once we have actual knowledge of it.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, code and marks of this site belong to its owner, except for user-contributed content and third-party fonts and libraries, used under their respective licences. Whoever publishes a sentence keeps their rights over it and grants a display licence on the terms set out in the conditions.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond the owner's control. No guarantee is given that it will be error-free or continuously available.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
